AI Content & Liability Disclaimer

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. About This Disclaimer

This disclaimer explains how artificial intelligence may be used in content and services offered through victors.help, operated under the personal name Victor’s Help.

It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any applicable service agreement. If this disclaimer conflicts with a signed service agreement, that agreement takes priority for the relevant engagement, subject to applicable law.

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence

We may use AI tools to assist with research, drafting, editing, translation, coding, design exploration, data analysis, and other tasks.

Website materials may include content created or modified with AI assistance, including text, images, examples, and code.

AI assistance does not, by itself, establish that content is accurate, original, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. The use of AI does not remove our responsibility to perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill.

3. Accuracy and Verification

AI systems can produce incorrect facts, fabricated references, incomplete explanations, biased outputs, or outdated information. Their responses may appear authoritative even when they are inaccurate.

We aim to provide useful information, but we do not warrant that every website statement, example, or AI-assisted output is complete or free from errors.

Before relying on information for an important decision, verify it against reliable sources and consider the requirements of your particular circumstances.

If you identify an error, please contact contact@victors.help with the relevant page and details.

4. Informational Content

Website articles, guides, comparisons, examples, and other educational materials are provided for general information.

They do not constitute individualized legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Where a decision requires such expertise, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

A general website explanation does not replace a project assessment, technical specification, or professional review.

5. Code and Technical Examples

Code snippets, scripts, configurations, formulas, and technical instructions may require adaptation before use.

Before applying them to a live environment, assess compatibility, permissions, security, licensing, and the risk of data loss or disruption. Use an appropriate testing environment and maintain suitable backups.

Unless expressly included in a service agreement, published examples are not a promise of production readiness, ongoing maintenance, or compatibility with future software versions.

For work we deliver under an agreement, the testing, acceptance, and support obligations in that agreement apply.

6. Images and Illustrative Materials

AI-generated or AI-modified images, mockups, and other visuals may contain inaccuracies or depict fictional people, products, interfaces, or situations.

Illustrative materials should not be treated as evidence of an actual event, client engagement, product feature, or business result unless expressly identified as such.

Examples and sample scenarios do not represent real testimonials or verified case studies unless clearly stated.

7. Intellectual Property

AI-generated outputs may resemble existing material, and the availability of copyright protection or exclusive rights can vary.

We do not promise that every AI-assisted output is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free from third-party claims.

Before publishing or commercially using an output, any necessary checks may include reviewing trademarks, licenses, source materials, likeness rights, and other third-party rights.

Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement and third-party license terms. Using an AI tool does not automatically transfer ownership of underlying materials or grant exclusive rights.

8. Confidentiality and Personal Information

This disclaimer does not authorize us to disclose confidential information or personal data to AI providers.

Any use of client information with AI tools must comply with our applicable contractual commitments, Privacy Policy, data processing terms, and legal obligations.

Where your project requires restrictions on AI use, approved providers, or prior authorization, those requirements should be recorded in the service agreement before work begins.

Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party materials through a general website contact form.

9. Third-Party AI Tools

Third-party AI services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, technical limitations, and usage policies. Their features, availability, and outputs may change.

References to a tool do not constitute a guarantee of its accuracy, security, availability, or suitability.

Where we agree to select, configure, or integrate a third-party tool for a client, our responsibilities remain those set out in the service agreement.

10. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The use of AI does not guarantee improved search rankings, increased traffic, advertising approval, higher sales, cost savings, error-free software, or any other specific outcome.

Results depend on factors such as implementation, input quality, market conditions, platform changes, and ongoing management.

Any express performance commitments must be stated in the applicable service agreement.

11. Client Review and Approval

For commissioned work, the service agreement should define any requirements for human review, fact-checking, testing, source verification, and approval.

Clients should review deliverables for business-specific facts, authorized claims, brand requirements, and intended use before publication or deployment.

Client review does not excuse us from performing our own agreed obligations or correcting defects for which we are responsible under the agreement or applicable law.

12. Liability

Responsibility for website use and commissioned services is governed by applicable law, our Terms and Conditions, and any applicable service agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, general website materials are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only where legally valid.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not remove mandatory consumer rights or override express contractual commitments.

The involvement of AI does not automatically release either party from responsibility for its actions or obligations.

13. Updates

We may update this disclaimer as our practices, available technologies, or legal obligations change.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes do not automatically amend existing service agreements.
